We’re excited to introduce a new addition to our offerings: Solidgate Treasury. After 6 months of development, we’re proud to launch our first product: Business Accounts. Our goal is to make account management and payments quick and efficient, so you can focus on growing your business.

Dispute Autorepresentment for cards and PayPal
We’re excited to announce that Dispute Autorepresentment is now live and available for all Solidgate merchants. It now takes less than a minute to generate comprehensive evidence, including business details and terms. This is a major step forward for our Dispute Representment product, with a focus on scaling automated representment for both PayPal and all card disputes.

iDeal, BLIK, and Volt now available on Payment Link
Our Payment Link now supports three new payment methods:

iDeal: The #1 payment method in the Netherlands, used in about 70% of online transactions.

BLIK: One of Poland’s top payment methods, used by over 50% of Polish online shoppers.

Volt (Pay by Bank): Real-time, direct bank payments across Europe.
These additions give you more ways to accept payments seamlessly across key European markets.

Elevate your account security with mandatory 2FA
We’re stepping up security by introducing mandatory Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all your account users. Admin users can now enable mandatory 2FA directly from HUB. Once enabled, every user will be prompted to set up One-Time Password (OTP) verification during their next login, with no option to skip.
How to enable:

Log in to HUB (admin-only feature).

Go to Account settings → Security.

In the top-right corner, toggle on Mandatory 2FA.
This adds an extra layer of security, ensuring that only authorized users can access your account.
Email receipts now available in Solidgate HUB
You can now enable email receipts directly in Solidgate HUB, making it quick, easy, and scalable.
Simply activate receipts in channel details, link your support email, or even enable them across multiple channels at once. It’s all designed to be as smooth as possible, so your customers get instant payment confirmations with key transaction details.
Note: This feature is available only for merchant-admin users to make sure you’re in control.
