Track your key subscription metrics in HUB with Billing dashboard [Beta]

We know that understanding your subscribers can be a pain — who’s joining, who’s leaving, why they stay, and where you lose them. That’s why we’ve built our new Billing dashboard in HUB, now available in Beta, to put everything you need in one place, so you can focus on what matters – growth.

Now, you can:

✔️ See exactly how your revenue and subscriber growth are trending.

✔️ Spot anomalies instantly without sifting through multiple reports.

✔️ Make smarter, data-driven decisions that actually move the needle.

What metrics are available:

✔️ Active subscriptions: Subscriptions currently active or over any selected period.

✔️ Active trials: Count of free and paid trials.

✔️ MRR: Predictable monthly revenue from active subscriptions.

✔️ Trial conversion: Percentage of trials that become paying customers.

✔️ Retention metrics: Duration of subscriptions after the initial payment.

Access all your Financial invoices in HUB

Previously, downloading financial invoices from Solidgate wasn’t as seamless as it should have been. Invoices were stored in Google Drive, requiring extra navigation, searching, and sometimes back-and-forth communication to find the right one.

We’ve moved all your financial invoices to HUB, making them easily accessible alongside your other reports. Now, your finance team can retrieve both Solidgate Acquiring and Provider invoices in seconds, directly from HUB.

How to access your invoices:

1. Go to the Finances section in HUB.

2. Open the Invoices tab.

3. Select the invoice you need and click Download.

Fast self-serve onboarding for Treasury is here

Opening a business account for global money transfers with Treasury just got faster and easier. Easily sign up on the Solidgate Treasury platform and start onboarding your company – no paperwork or lengthy email threads. Everything stays simple and in one place.

If you have multiple legal entities, you can easily switch between them to track the onboarding process, all without interrupting any money movements.

What you can do:

1. Sign up and submit all information online.

2. Save and track your progress with digital onboarding.

3. Get the onboarding decision online and start moving money with us.

If your account is already all set and you want to onboard a new company, just click the company name in the top-left corner, then select Create new.

PIX became QR-free and recurring – with SmartPix via Solidgate

SmartPix, a new payment solution for ad-hoc payments and dynamic recurring scenarios in Brazil, is now available via Solidgate. Unlike traditional PIX, which requires customers to manually approve payments via QR codes or input their PIX key every time, SmartPix eliminates that hassle.

Here is how SmartPix reimagines the PIX experience:

✔️ Multiple payment scenarios

✔️ Unlimited retries based on your own logic

✔️ Variable amounts for flexible recurring billing payments and billing options

✔️ Direct access to PIX’s massive user base

Merchant-managed tokens processing now available through Solidgate

If you’re already working with a third-party provider or orchestrator to receive, store, and manage the lifecycle of Visa/Mastercard tokens or store Apple Pay/Google Pay device PANs for recurring payments, you can now process these tokens through Solidgate. This allows you to maintain full control over their storage, orchestration, and lifecycle.

Why it matters:

✔️ Full control – Retain tokens with your existing provider or in your own vault, using Solidgate exclusively for processing.

✔️ Flexibility – No need to re-tokenize when switching providers.

✔️ Continuity – Apple Pay/Google Pay device PANs and card scheme tokens remain seamless, even if your provider changes.

✔️ Easy integration – Keep your existing architecture intact while Solidgate handles payment execution in the background.

To enable this feature, you need to configure orchestration rules and activate them on your connector. If you need help, contact your account manager.

SCA decline codes for 3D authentication are now unified

Starting September 15, you will no longer receive a decline code 3.09 – 3D-Secure authentication required for new payments (historical transactions will remain unchanged). Instead, payments that previously resulted in decline code 3.09 will now be returned with code 2.15 – SCA requires 3D authentication.

We’re unifying these codes since they occur in the same scenarios, making it easier and more consistent for you to manage processing logic with a single code.
