Track more subscription KPIs with Billing dashboard – now live in HUB

The Billing dashboard is now live and available to all Solidgate merchants in HUB. With even more subscription KPIs to track, you can now work with four tabs: Overall, Revenue, Retention, and Product. 

Here’s what you can track:

Overall tab

• Active subscriptions: See how many are active now or over any selected time period.

• Active trials: Monitor the number of free and paid trials.

• Trial conversion: Measure how many trials convert into paying customers.

Revenue tab

• MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue): Track your predictable monthly revenue from active subscriptions.

• Revenue/Revenue on Retries: Analyze revenue from retained customers and retry attempts.

• New and Churn MRR: Monitor revenue gained from new subscriptions and lost from churn.

Retention tab

• Retention metrics: Understand how long customers stay subscribed after their first payment.

Product tab

• Product catalog metrics: Get insights into new, used, and active products.

• Revenue share by product: See how revenue is distributed across your product portfolio.

With these grouped metrics, the Billing dashboard is now your comprehensive solution for fully understanding and optimizing your subscription business.

Simplify your Tax setup with new Billing domain updates

We’re rolling out a major update in the Billing domain, specifically around Taxes, to make tax management easier and more powerful than ever.

Key improvements include:

✔️ Unified configuration flow for a seamless setup across all supported locations

✔️ Automated rate updates – we handle the monitoring and updating of tax rates on our end.

✔️ New supported locations: Japan, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, and Canada are now included.
