April'26 product updates are here: instant FX with full cost transparency, new local APMs, no-code billing in Hub, localized refund docs, smarter dispute tools, and more.

This April, we shipped updates across treasury, billing, acquiring, disputes, and Hub – all aimed at giving your team more control with less manual work.
Here's what's new.

Exchange currencies instantly with Treasury FX

Managing multiple currencies across accounts has always been one of those tasks that feels like it should be simple – but rarely is. Cached rates from yesterday, hidden spreads, surprise fees that show up after settlement.
Treasury FX changes that. It's a new currency exchange service inside Solidgate Treasury that lets you convert funds between your accounts in real time.
What it brings:
  • Instant conversion: Move funds between currencies without waiting for batch processing or third-party transfers.
  • Competitive FX rates: Transparent pricing with no additional fees layered on top.
  • Full control: Manage your multi-currency cash flow from a single dashboard.

If you're processing across multiple markets and settling in different currencies, Treasury FX makes currency exchange as straightforward as it should be.

Generate refund confirmations in 45 languages in Hub

Not all your customers read English – and a refund confirmation they can't understand is a refund confirmation that doesn't do its job. Unclear documents lead to unnecessary chargebacks and extra support tickets.
You can now generate refund confirmations in 45 languages directly in Hub. Pick the language that matches your customer's locale, and give them a document they can actually read.
What it brings:
  • Fewer chargebacks: When customers clearly see that a refund was processed, they're far less likely to file a dispute with their bank.
  • Lower support volume: Localized confirmations answer the question before your customer asks it.
You can select the document language from a dropdown when generating the document. Use English as the default and switch per transaction as needed.

Manage subscription changes directly in Hub

Until now, making subscription changes – upgrades, downgrades, trial adjustments, coupon applications – required API calls for each operation. That worked for engineering-led teams, but it slowed down everyone else.
Update Subscription in Hub changes that. It's a no-code flow that lets you handle the most common subscription actions directly from the interface.
What you can do:
  • Upgrade or downgrade a product with proration: Switch a subscriber to a different plan, and Solidgate automatically handles fair charging for the remaining time in the current billing period. Useful for upsells or for moving a customer to a cheaper plan to prevent churn.
  • Cancel or extend trials: Start billing earlier when a user is ready to convert, or give them more time to activate before you lose them.
  • Apply or remove coupons: Attach a discount to a specific subscriber or remove it when it's no longer needed – without affecting other customers.
How it works in Hub: Open a subscription in Hub → click Update → select your action → review → apply.
This means your support, growth, and ops teams can resolve real subscription requests instantly – no engineering tickets required.

Accept PIX-QR on your Payment form

If you're selling to Brazilian customers, you know PIX is the default. It's the country's most popular payment method by a wide margin.
PIX-QR is now integrated directly into the Solidgate Payment Form – no redirects, no separate flows. Your customers see PIX as a native option at checkout, scan the QR code with their banking app (or copy the PIX code), and confirm payment.

Send car rental booking data in payment requests

Merchants in the car rental industry can now pass structured booking data – booking ID, pick-up and drop-off dates, locations, refundability status, and distance limits – directly in payment requests via the H2H API or Payment Page.
What you can do:
  • Include booking-level data (dates, locations, refund terms) in every payment request.
  • Improve authorization rates by providing acquirers with the context they need to approve transactions.
  • Stay compliant with acquirer and provider data requirements for car rental MCCs (3351–3500, 7512, 7513, 7519).
Good to know: Currently supported on Adyen. Additional providers that accept industry-specific data will be connected gradually. Contact your account manager to confirm connector compatibility before going live.

Get financial entries 3x faster

Financial entries are now calculated within four hours after a transaction reaches its final status – down from the previous 12-hour window. Your finance team gets next-day visibility into calculated fees, which means faster reconciliation and fewer days spent waiting on data.
No integration changes required. This is already live for all merchants – entries appear automatically in the Financial Entries API and Hub reports.
