About the Role
We’re hiring a Talent Lead Generation Specialist to help us scale recruiting through systems, data, and smart outreach.
Instead of one-off sourcing, you’ll work on building a recruitment lead generation machine — a setup that consistently brings qualified candidates for our most critical roles.

What you’ll be driving:
- Candidate pipelines: Help build and maintain candidate pipelines for priority roles, mainly through LinkedIn sourcing
- Outreach: Run simple, personalized outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, email, exploring new outreach channels)
- Market research: Assist with talent market research and candidate mapping
- Automation & AI: Use AI tools and automation to speed up repetitive sourcing tasks
- Analytics & insights: Track sourcing and outreach metrics, prepare reports, and learn how data is used to improve hiring results
You’ll be great at this if:
- Study or have a background in Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Sociology, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Are comfortable with numbers and basic metrics (or eager to learn)
- Are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Enjoy experimenting, testing ideas, and iterating based on results
- Communicate clearly and reliably in writing and async work
- Are fluent in Ukrainian and have Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English
