About the Role
is our big bet — an all-in-one financial engine for companies. Multi-currency accounts, seamless international payments, and full financial control in one powerful portal. No borders, no friction. Just smart, modern money management built for entrepreneurs who move fast.

Now we need a Growth Manager to lead the charge. You’ll define and execute the distribution strategy for Solidgate Treasury, break into new markets, and make it the go-to business account for Ukrainian entrepreneurs in Europe — to become the obvious choice for top Ukrainian businesses.

You’re the ONE if you’re deeply plugged into the Ukrainian tech and startup ecosystem, with a strong network of founders and entrepreneurs. You build relationships like a pro, spot opportunities where others see walls, and have a hacker mindset that thrives on experimentation and speed. What you’ll be doing
  • Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for Solidgate Treasury: from Ukrainian IT exporters to new markets.
  • Identify and acquire new customers: starting with IT exporters and scaling to any business that needs smarter money management.
  • Team up across product, marketing, and customer success to fine-tune offerings, smooth onboarding, and guarantee client wins.
  • Launch and ramp up new merchants, monitoring target metrics and using a data-driven approach towards identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Go live, monitor, and scale — track metrics, spot opportunities, and push growth.
What you’ll need
  • Proven B2B growth experience — 3+ years in sales, business development, or GTM strategy
  • Fluent English
  • Ukrainian IT ecosystem expertise — know the players, the markets, and the export landscape
  • Strong startup and tech network with excellent business development and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, proactive in driving growth and scaling projects
  • Strong communication, storytelling and persuasion skills — consultative, solutions-oriented, and able to win clients and partners
  • Data-driven decision-making, comfortable analyzing market trends and sales performance to optimize GTM strategies
