Digital product work is unpredictable — delays, messy data, broken handoffs, tool chaos — those can easily turn “sprints” into sludge. Product Ops is what stands between that chaos and the ability to deliver clean, high-velocity, high-quality work.
Instead of building the product itself, Product Ops builds and runs the operating system — frameworks, tools, workflows — so that the rest of the org can move fast, aligned, and without friction.
Product Ops isn’t “just operations” — instead, it’s a force multiplier.

Importantly, this role is not about processes for the sake of processes.
This role is all about reality checks. You’ll systematically align our product with what customers and commercial teams actually experience.

— Customer feedback loop: Structured system connecting Sales, Merchant Ops, and Integration insights directly into product discovery and planning

— Product context from the field: Translating sales demos and merchant interactions into actionable product intelligence (what works, customer expectations, objections)

— Scalable processes: Clear frameworks for product involvement in custom solutions, demos, and merchant initiatives — replacing ad-hoc coordination with repeatable systems

— Feature rollout: Controlled deployment of new features to existing customers, including timing, communication, feedback collection, and iteration

— Team management & development: Design & Tech Writing teams

— High-impact role — you directly shape how the entire product organization works

You will directly lead: Tech Writing & Product Design Team
Your lead & mentor:

— Proven experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product UX, or Product Design Operations, driving complex initiatives from idea to impact.
— Experience working closely with product designers, UX, and product managers — not only with engineering teams
— Strong product mindset and customer obsession — ability to connect product decisions with real customer and commercial context
— A track record of building, improving, or scaling product processes that actually work — and keep working as teams grow
— Hands-on people leadership experience, supporting teams, setting clear expectations, and raising the bar
— Strong command of planning, discovery, and delivery, with confidence in:

— prioritisation and roadmap governance
— capacity planning and SLAs
— product and delivery metrics (velocity, predictability, quality)

— Fluency with modern product tools: Jira, Confluence or Notion, Figma, and analytics platforms
— A data-driven mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity
