Solidgate is a product-driven FinTech company operating in a highly dynamic and regulated environment. Our platform processes millions of transactions daily, where data accuracy, real-time monitoring, and system reliability directly impact revenue and customer trust.
We are seeking a Product Analyst to drive sustainable revenue growth for our product and merchants through advanced payment analytics and strategic performance optimization. You will take ownership of payment flow analysis, establish scalable frameworks for tracking and visualizing key payment metrics, and uncover high-impact opportunities to maximize approval rates, optimize payment costs, and drive overall transactional efficiency.
What You Will Own
We are seeking a Product Analyst to drive sustainable revenue growth for our product and merchants through advanced payment analytics and strategic performance optimization. You will take ownership of payment flow analysis, establish scalable frameworks for tracking and visualizing key payment metrics, and uncover high-impact opportunities to maximize approval rates, optimize payment costs, and drive overall transactional efficiency.
What You Will Own
- Conduct deep-dive analysis across payment flow segments to uncover growth and optimization opportunities.
- Generate, validate, and prioritize hypotheses through full-cycle experimentation, including A/B testing.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track Feature Adoption and key payment domain metrics.
- You will focus on the most technical domains of our platform: Core, Integrations, and Orchestration, ensuring the seamless performance of our payment engine.
- Partner closely with Product Managers to drive data-informed decisions.
- Research and implement growth opportunities within Network Tokenization and scheme-specific features (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), collaborating with analysts, payment scheme representatives, and other PSPs.
- Document research findings and experiment results to support strategic payment initiatives.
You Are a Great Fit If You Have
- 2+ years in analytics, including at least 1 year in Product Analytics
- Solid foundation in mathematical statistics, strong SQL, Python for data analysis, and experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Ownership mindset: You don’t just wait for tasks; you proactively find anomalies and propose solutions
English proficiency at an intermediate level or higher - Critical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Experience in the payments domain will be a plus (for example, a background at a payment service provider or as a Payment Analyst within an e-commerce or product company).
