About the Team and Role

As a Junior Partnerships Operations Specialist, you will dive into Solidgate’s global partner network and support our expansion into new markets.

This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of partnerships, analytics, and operations. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure smooth collaboration with international bank acquirers and payment service providers.

What you’ll own

Support the establishment and execution of long-term strategic partnerships.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify and prioritize partnership opportunities.
Contribute to the development of joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.
Prepare presentations, performance reports, and other materials for partner negotiations and commercial discussions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partnerships are stable, scalable, and operationally efficient.

You’re a great fit if you have

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or currently in progress)
Strong academic and personal achievements
Advanced level of English proficiency
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to support informed decision-making.
A high level of responsibility and a results-driven mindset
The ability to take “No” constructively and stay motivated to achieve results
