Why This Opportunity is Unique

We are looking for an experienced Head of Growth (Acquiring) to join our international fintech team and lead the strategy and execution of growth initiatives for our merchant acquiring and payment services. This role will play a critical part in expanding our footprint across all payment solutions for EU and more. This will include all aspects of business — exploring both new opportunities and technology, transforming business models and converting analytical insights to new levels of efficiency.


What you’ll be doing

  • Own the full acquiring project pipeline — take initiatives from concept through to scale.
  • Explore and launch in new geographies, including deep regulatory research and ensuring coverage across payment schemes.
  • Drive implementation of features and services that merchants genuinely love and use.
  • Ensure high acceptance rates through data-driven problem solving and proactive optimization.
  • Design and roll out tech and product solutions that create measurable value for merchants.
  • Keep internal processes fast and scalable — review, refine, and adapt workflows to match growing volumes.
  • Dive into merchant pain points — turn insights into actionable solutions that improve satisfaction and NPS.

You’re a great fit if you have

  • 5+ years of experience in fintech, payments, or digital financial services with strong ownership of growth or product initiatives.
  • Demonstrated expertise in merchant acquiring, payment integrations, and scaling payment products.
  • Data-driven growth mindset with strong analytical capability.
  • Strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with international markets, diverse regulatory environments, and payments compliance requirements.
  • Fluent English.
