Solidgate partners with Monobank
We’re thrilled to share that Solidgate has partnered with Monobank – Ukraine’s leading neobank and the country's second-largest issuer, with nearly 10 million active cards.
Solidgate is now making it easier than ever to succeed in the Ukrainian market with seamless, tech-driven card payments powered by Monobank’s innovative platform. Since Monobank is also an issuer, this partnership strengthens our focus on issuer collaboration, helping global merchants improve conversion rates and payment performance when selling to Monobank clients worldwide.
Expand into India with UPI via EBANX
We’ve partnered with EBANX to simplify expansion into India for subscription businesses.
With this integration, you’ll gain access to UPI (Unified Payments Interface), a widely adopted payment method in India. UPI helps you tap into one of the fastest-growing digital markets, offering a seamless and efficient way for customers to pay directly from their bank accounts.

Boost payment success with Smart retries
We’re excited to introduce Smart Retries, a new ML/AI-powered feature designed to help you recover more revenue by intelligently predicting the best time to retry failed payments. This modern approach increases your chances of successful charges, optimizing your payment flow with:
- Higher first retry approval rate: Increased by 51–67% compared to the default retry logic.
- Reduced wrong-time orders: Reduced by 15–24% for thanks to better timing predictions.
- Higher overall Invoice success rate: More subscriptions stay active and successfully roll over to the next billing period.
How to get started:
- Go to the Billing Settings page in the to adjust the number and interval for smart retries, or keep the default values.
- For your new or existing product, specify Smart retries as the retry mode via or HUB.

Manage subscriptions via Update endpoint
We’re introducing a new endpoint that provides more flexibility in managing your customers' subscriptions.
The Update subscription endpoint lets you:
- Extend or skip the trial period: Perfect for users who need more time to decide or are ready to jump into full usage immediately.
- Offer a discount on future payments: This feature helps improve customer retention and boost users' lifetime value (LTV).
- Upgrade or downgrade subscription plans: Automatically recalculate usage and apply any charges or refunds for the change.

Boost retention and revenue with restore discounts
We’ve added a new feature to help improve customer retention and restore lost revenue. You can now apply a coupon and offer a discount when restoring a subscription.
It’s simple to use:
- the coupon in Solidgate.
- Add the coupon ID or code to the restore request, and the discount will be applied automatically.

Streamline tax reporting via API
You can now generate and download both Tax Summary reports and Transactional Tax reports directly from Solidgate using our new API.
Types of tax reports:
- Summary report: Provides an overview of taxes collected.
View . - Transactional report: Gives detailed information on individual transactions and their associated taxes.

What’s new:
- Generate reports: Create tax summary reports by selecting your date range and environment (optional).
- Download reports: Once generated, you’ll get a to access your summary or post-transaction tax report.

- Easy access: Authenticate with your channel’s public key to retrieve reports.
- Flexible reporting: Get reports based on accounts through any linked channel.
- Instant updates: Know when your report is ready, or if it’s unavailable.
Transaction data with APM identifiers
Starting July 1st, we’re returning a variety of APM identifiers through API responses and webhooks, giving you access to more detailed transaction data. This enables you to better manage, track, and optimize your payment processes.
Key identifiers include customer details like billing address, payer information, and merchant account IDs, among others.

Enhanced webhook and event management
We’ve introduced new API operations to help you better manage your webhooks and a header parameter for event chronology. Now, you can not only create, update, retrieve, and delete webhook endpoints with ease but also handle events in the correct order.
Key improvements include:
- Full endpoint control: Manage your endpoints directly via the , with full flexibility to create, maintain, or remove them.
- Chronological event handling: Webhook headers now include the
solidgate-event-created-attimestamp, allowing you to process events based on when they occurred.
These updates enable you to automate workflows, improve system communication, and manage webhook configurations more effectively through the Solidgate API.

PayPal Representment at Pre-arbitration stage
Dispute resolution isn’t always one-and-done; some cases need a second swing. With our new feature, you can now submit evidence and provide additional information during the pre-arbitration stage of PayPal disputes, giving you another opportunity to win the case.
Available through Solidgate HUB and our API, this gives you more control and flexibility in resolving disputes.
