See what we shipped on Solidgate in July and August: global card payouts, a new connector, smarter retries, and more.

Over the past two months, we've made Solidgate faster to operate, easier to automate, and more flexible as you scale.
You can now send payouts directly to cards, add a new acquiring route with Unlimit, accept UPI across mobile and desktop in India, automate more finance workflows, catch webhook issues earlier, avoid retries that have no chance of recovering, and more.
Here are the most important updates from July and August.

Send money straight to a card, anywhere in the world

Solidgate Treasury customers can now send money directly to Visa and Mastercard cards, instantly – all from one balance in your existing Treasury account.
List of recent transactions showing amounts and card types, 'Powered by Mastercard Visa'.
What you can do:
  • Send single or bulk payouts to cards directly from your Treasury account
  • Pay individuals and contractors anywhere – salaries, freelancer fees, supplier payments, and more
  • Upload a file or connect via API to pay hundreds of cards at once
Available to all Solidgate Treasury customers.

Route payments through Unlimit, our new connector

Unlimit, a global payment acquirer, is now live on Solidgate – giving you more routing options across the EU, Hong Kong, and LATAM, with broad card brand and multi-currency coverage.
What you can do:
  • Accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and network token support (VTS, MDES, SCoF)
  • Accept payments in EUR, USD, and GBP – plus BRL, MXN, and CLP, among others – depending on your MID configuration
  • Run recurring and subscription payments through Unlimit, using the card data and scheme_transaction_id captured on the customer's first payment
Good to know: Authorizations not captured within 7 days are automatically voided by Unlimit.

Keep UPI available in India

Merchants selling in India can now offer UPI via Intent and QR flows, covering both mobile and desktop customers on their payment form.
A QR code for a 10.00 INR payment, scannable via various UPI apps.
What it brings:
  • Mobile customers pay directly in their preferred UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and more)
  • Desktop customers scan a QR code with any UPI app
  • The form detects mobile vs. desktop automatically
Note: UPI Intent currently requires a recurring or unscheduled mandate.

Stop retries for non-reloadable cards

Smart and static retries now recognize non-reloadable prepaid cards. You spend less on retries that weren't likely to succeed, seeing your authorization rate improve.
What changes:
  • Non-reloadable prepaid cards that decline for insufficient funds are no longer retried
  • Subscriptions are canceled automatically when there's no path to recovery, reducing billing noise
  • Reloadable cards, other decline reasons, and discount-based retry plans keep their existing retry behavior
Good to know: Without the reloadable-card indicator, retries continue on the normal schedule.

Add a custom billing descriptor suffix per payment

Cardholders recognize a purchase faster when the bank statement matches what they actually bought – a generic or mismatched descriptor can trigger confusion, support tickets, or unnecessary chargebacks.
Previously, giving each product, tier, or market its own descriptor meant building a dedicated routing map for every variation. Now it's a parameter on the request itself.

What you can do:
  • Pass a dynamic_descriptor.suffix (up to 18 characters) with Charge, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Resign requests
  • Control what cardholders see per product, market, or subscription tier – supported on TSYS, Stripe, Checkout, and Solidgate Acquiring
  • Let Solidgate handle the rest – prefixes, card brand rules, and length limits are applied automatically
Available to merchants on Routing 2.0 with the dynamic-descriptor feature flag enabled on a supported connector.

Monitor webhook delivery and get notified when something breaks

We've added webhook delivery monitoring in HUB, so you no longer need to build your own. That means less time between an issue starting and you finding out about it.
A dropdown menu displaying multiple 'Webhook processing issue detected' notifications.
What it brings:
  • View webhook delivery logs, including raw sent and received data with sensitive fields masked, in HUB
  • Get notified automatically when your delivery error rate crosses the alert threshold
  • No repeat notifications for the same ongoing issue

View and download Checkout invoices in HUB

Pulling Checkout invoices used to mean a manual request and reconciliation outside HUB. Now they live right in HUB alongside the providers you already track, with historical data backfilled from August 2025.
An invoices table displaying details like provider, legal entity, public ID, period, currency, and upload date.
What you can do:
  • View and filter your Checkout invoices by provider, legal entity, and upload date
  • Download individual invoice files directly from the table
Note: Live for merchants settling through Checkout as an acquiring provider.

Pull your settlements and monthly statements via API

Settlements and monthly statements are now available through the Public API v2 – list them and download their files, without logging into HUB.
What you can do:
  • Retrieve a paginated list of settlements and monthly statements, filterable by currency, legal entity, or period
  • Fetch full details for each entity, including its downloadable files via short-lived, pre-signed URLs
Note: Requires Public API v2 access.

Ask HUB about your payment data directly

Getting answers from your payment data is now simpler. Ask AI Analyst plain-language questions and get detailed answers – resolve issues faster, compare metrics, and find segments with room to grow.
Payments analytics dashboard showing approval rate, with a tooltip explaining its calculation.
What you can do today:
  • Payments – check acceptance rates and decline breakdowns by country, payment method, card brand, and provider
  • Compliance – pull up your chargeback (CHB) rate, fraud rate, Visa Acquirer Monitoring Program (VAMP) score, and refund rate
  • User retention – see active subscriptions, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), cancellation reasons, and product-level analytics
Available to Merchant Admin and Analyst roles.
Good to know: A later version will add breakdowns by specific Merchant ID (MID) and cascade step, along with the ability to interact directly with charts.

Accept disputes in one click

You can now close a dispute directly in HUB when you don't plan to defend it. Accepting marks the case as resolved and moves it out of the actionable queue.
A modal window asking 'Accept this dispute?' with a warning that the action is irreversible.
What you can do:
  • Accept any card or PayPal dispute in one click from the dispute view
  • See accepted disputes move to the "Accepted" status and out of the actionable queue
  • Keep your queue focused on disputes that still need action
