Two months of updates: better card routing, local payment updates across Europe, the Nordics, and Brazil, new options for Polish merchants, and tools to give your teams more control.
This May and June, we went broader on local payments, deeper on recurring billing, and added more flexibility for your teams.
Here's what's new.
Route card payments through four new connectors
Adding more acquirers to your routing setup is one of the most direct levers for improving authorization rates – without touching your integration.
Solidgate now connects to four more:
- Airwallex: HK-based acquiring with full support for core payment operations, 3DS, Apple Pay, Google Pay, network tokens, and recurring payments.
- Fiserv (via the Fiserv Commerce Hub platform): US-based acquiring network with full support for core payment operations, 3DS, network tokens, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and recurring payments.
- CardAq: UK acquirer with full support for core payment operations, 3DS, Apple Pay, Google Pay and recurring.
- Xendit: A payment processing provider in Southeast Asia that supports core payment operations, 3DS, and recurring payments.

Good to know: All four require your own MID with the respective provider. Contact your account manager to enable routing.
Reach more Portuguese customers with Multibanco
Most Portuguese customers settle online purchases through Multibanco as a matter of habit – at any ATM, through their bank's portal, or via the MB WAY app. That option is now available through Solidgate.
At checkout, you display a payment reference to the customer – they settle it at their own pace. No redirect required.
What it brings:
- Set your own expiry window: Сustomers have from 24 hours to 5 years to complete the payment.
- Refund support: Full, partial, and multiple partial refunds supported via API.

Note: Payments are settled in EUR.

Add MobilePay in Denmark and Finland
In Denmark and Finland, MobilePay is what most customers reach for first. This dominant digital wallet in both markets is now on Solidgate.
What it brings:
- Nordic market reach: Denmark (DKK) and Finland (EUR), with the dominant wallet in both markets.
- Flexible integration: Available via H2H, Payment Page, Payment Link, and Shopify.
- Full refund support: Full, partial, and multiple partial refunds.
How to get access: You'll need your own MID. Reach out to your account manager to get it set up.

Run MB WAY subscription billing
Following the launch of one-time payments, MB WAY recurring billing is now live, too. With over eight million active users in Portugal, this makes subscription billing available to a large share of your Portuguese subscribers.
What you can do:
- Collect recurring mandates directly on the Payment Form – no redirect needed.
- Charge future payments automatically – no customer action required.
- Show a localized mandate label in the MB WAY app – "Pagamentos Autorizados" for Portuguese-language users, "Authorized Payments" for all other languages.
- Give customers a 10-minute window to confirm in the MB WAY app.

Set up recurring Pix payments with Pix Automático
Standard Pix gets you one-time payments from Brazilian customers. If you're running subscriptions, getting them enrolled in recurring charges previously required a separate flow – usually a redirect, always an extra step.
Pix Automático removes that step. The customer scans a countdown QR code in their banking app to authorize the first payment and enroll in future charges at the same time.
What you can do:
- Accept Pix Automático payments in the Payment Form – no redirect.
- Collect customer data (name, CPF, email) inline when not pre-passed.
- Configure billing periods and amounts: Fixed or variable, across 7-day to 1-year intervals.

Add BLIK Recurring and BLIK Pay Later to your Polish checkout
Two new BLIK flows are now live on Solidgate: Recurring for subscription billing, and Pay Later for deferred payments at checkout.
1️⃣ BLIK Recurring:
- Set up mandates (valid for up to 10 years) with a single BLIK code entry – all future charges are automatic.
- Charge variable amounts on any schedule – amount and frequency can change each cycle.
- Issue full and partial refunds.
- Available via Payment Form (BLIK-certified) or H2H.
2️⃣ BLIK Pay Later:
- Let customers defer payment by up to 30 days – confirmed with a BLIK code in one step.
- Integrate via backend only – no frontend changes needed.
- Available via Payment Page.
How to get started: Both flows are available on request. Contact your account manager to enable.

Create custom roles for your team in Hub
Until now, Hub came with a fixed set of predefined roles. That works for smaller teams – but when your organization grows, a handful of fixed categories rarely reflects how people actually work.
Custom Roles lets you define your own – with any combination of Hub operations – and assign them to any team member.

What you can do:
- Browse predefined system roles and their full list of operations.
- Create, edit, duplicate, or delete custom roles.
- Combine predefined and custom roles to tailor permissions.
Good to know: Available to all merchants.
