We’ve always believed that the best tools are the ones that evolve with you. We’ve listened to your feedback, and with this new version of Solidgate HUB, we’re excited to share the latest features and improvements.
From personalized table configurations to faster, more accurate data, everything we’ve added is designed to make your workflow smoother, your decisions smarter, and your insights clearer. It’s all about giving you more control while simplifying the complex.
Equally important, moving to this new version allows us to implement things much faster, meaning the features and improvements you ask for will roll out quicker than before.

New HUB features

New home page and analytics

A payments dashboard highlights gross volume, fraud and dispute rates, approval rate, and breakdown of volumes by payment method.

Tooltips with descriptions

Clear and helpful tooltips now guide you through the data, making sure you always understand what you’re looking at.

Time-saving dashboard filters

We’ve made tracking your stats even easier. With our new dashboard filters, you can instantly pull up data for the last month, quarter, half-year, or any custom range you need. No more manual adjustments—just quick, clear insights whenever you need them.

Payments orchestration and MIDs

Payment routing is now in HUB

We’re making it easier for you to access your routing data right inside the HUB. 
With just a few clicks, you can view your routing details, giving you real-time visibility and control over your operations. Need the route ID? Simply copy it from the order and get all the details you need in seconds.
It’s a huge step forward in simplifying your workflow and giving you the tools to move faster.

Analytics by MID

All the merchants with access to the MID section can now filter their data for each MID. No more digging through broad data sets—now, you can see how each MID performs, giving you better insights and helping you manage payment infrastructure more effectively.

Dispute representment

We’ve simplified dispute representment by automating the entire process. No more juggling manual email requests—now you can upload all the necessary evidence directly from the dispute page in your admin panel. Once uploaded, we’ll automatically submit everything on your behalf.
It’s fast, easy, and secure- just how dispute management should be.
Keep an eye on your , dispute rate, and refund rate across channels, payment methods, and descriptors. With real-time insights, you can stay proactive, keep risks under control, and avoid getting into scheme .

Tax management made simple

Effortlessly manage indirect and sales taxes with our cross-regional tax platform, designed for businesses selling digital goods and services worldwide. From VAT in the EU and UK to sales tax in the US, Solidgate helps you automate and streamline your tax compliance so you can focus on growing your business.
For US taxes, we’ve partnered with Avalara and Vertex to streamline everything from sales tax to VAT and GST. Calculate, collect, and remit taxes with ease, ensuring full compliance across all jurisdictions. It is tax management made simple and efficient.

New screen for order details

  • With just one click, you can extract the document that confirms the refund to the customer from the transaction block
  • Tooltips guide you through field selections, and you can even search disputes directly from the order details page
  • Plus, you’ll find descriptions for declined transactions (like refund declines), making it easier to understand what’s happening
  • All payment logs are now included and displayed on a single page, making it easier to analyze the information

Coupon codes bulk upload

In the old HUB, there was no way to manage coupon codes at all. Now, you can bulk-add up to 1,000 coupon codes in one go. Whether you create new codes manually or upload existing ones, this feature makes it easy to manage large campaigns and offer discounts to different customer segments.

All your reports in one place

Now, you can analyze your payments, subscriptions, disputes, and finances by generating a directly from the admin panel. Or, export the data you need from any table in the HUB. Everything is saved in one place, so you’ll never lose track of your exports.

Platform improvements

Smarter, simpler navigation

We’ve reimagined how you navigate between sections. Now, everything you need is right where it should be - in the HUB header, and you can easily hop between Payments, Subscriptions, Fraud Prevention, and more. With just two clicks, you can access your documentation, support, or status page - all the links are at your fingertips.

Personalized table views

Everyone works differently, so we’ve made it easy to create your ideal table. Customize your filters and column order, and we’ll save your preferences for next time.

Hints and validations

We’ve improved the UX by adding clear, helpful hints and safeguards throughout the platform to reduce mistakes and streamline your workflow. You’ll get warned about any unsaved changes when closing a tab, see decline code information by hovering over your orders or refund declines, and get clear descriptions for each option when setting up antifraud lists from order details.

Channels instead of shops

Managing entity channels and shops used to be confusing—but not anymore.
With the new HUB, you can filter tables, details, and sections using just one filter: channel. Channels help you organize all your activities under your main business account, whether that’s by website, local market, or legal entity. It’s a more straightforward and intuitive way to stay in control.

Higher responsiveness and accuracy

We’ve made everything faster - now you can get the data you need two times quicker, giving you a more accurate and representative picture. 

More team activity logs

We’ve expanded our Event Logs to cover more entities and actions to give you more control over managing your team. Now, you’ll never have to worry about unexpected changes again—every modification in the HUB is tracked in the event log.

API and webhook keys simplified

Whether you have one or many API and webhook keys, we’ll show them all. Just copy the secret/public keys in one click and get to work.
