We’re thrilled to introduce a powerful new feature—pre-dispute alerts for all PayPal transactions. This unique chargeback prevention tool offers Solidgate merchants comprehensive coverage for Mastercard and Visa transactions going via Paypal wallets.
But it doesn’t stop there—now, external alerts can now be seamlessly matched to your original PayPal transactions and shown in an alerts list. You can now view and filter alerts for each order by payment method directly from the alerts list.

Detailed insights with extended subscription Statuses and Events
We added two more subscription statuses, which are available to you in the HUB and via API responses. No more hidden statuses or unclear flows—track all your subscription events and stay on top of each stage of the customer journey.
We’ve also updated our Advanced Subscription Webhooks. With this enhancement, our webhook system now offers comprehensive support covering all our flows and tailored to meet all your needs.
