By expanding our orchestration network with Worldpay in addition to even deeper payfac collaboration, we’re on our way to elevating payment performance and maximizing revenue for our global clients. New Features
Automate PayPal dispute representment with Solidgate Hub
We’re excited to introduce a game-changing feature with few analogs on the market: PayPal Dispute Representment via Solidgate Hub.
No more juggling manual email requests—now, you can challenge all PayPal disputes by uploading compelling evidence directly from the dispute page in your admin panel. Once you upload the necessary files, we automatically submit them to PayPal.
This automated process is fast, easy, and secure—just the way dispute management should be.
But that’s not all. In the coming months, we’ll be rolling out this feature for card disputes, too, automating the entire process with key providers to make dispute management even simpler for you. Stay tuned for the updates.
You can find all the details about the PayPal dispute representation flow in the HUB through our documentation or by reaching out to your account manager.
Charge initial payments with Network Tokens
We’re excited to announce a powerful upgrade to our payment processing. Solidgate is now fully equipped to process initial card payments using Visa and Mastercard network tokens. This new feature gives a major boost to your transaction performance, making payment management smoother and much more efficient.
Why network tokens:
- Enhanced security: Tokenized transactions protect sensitive data, minimizing the risk of account compromise and fraud.
- Undisrupted payment continuity: Cards being updated or replaced no longer disrupt payments, as their token remains the same.
- Improved transaction integrity: Cryptogram validation and additional token-related data make such payments more reliable.
- Higher approval rates: Tokenized transactions get fewer declines, which means more successful payments and better conversions.
For more information on the feature, see our documentation or reach out to your dedicated account manager.
Enhance customer verification with Zero-value authorizations for Apple Pay and Google Pay
Great news: alongside card payments, you can now verify customers’ payment methods through zero-value authorization for Apple Pay and Google Pay—without charging your customers a single cent. This feature adds an extra layer of security to your transactions, ensuring a smoother, worry-free experience for your customers.
What’s in it for you:
- No-cost verification: Confirm payment methods without deducting any funds, boosting security and trust for both you and your customers.
- Fewer declined transactions: Zero-value authorizations catch potential issues—like expired or incorrect card details—before the transaction takes place, reducing the chances of payment declines or fraud.
- Try-before-you-buy: Offer a no-cost trial period without upfront charge—perfect for subscription models.
- Seamless integration: Easily integrate zero-value authorizations across your Payment Form and Payment Page for Apple Pay and Google Pay. You can also trigger these authorizations directly via Apple Pay or Google Pay requests.
- Maximum flexibility: Verify payment methods at any stage of the customer journey—whether during sign-up, a trial or before a larger transaction.

Monitor and reduce risk with fraud rate charts in the HUB
We just made tracking your risk metrics a whole lot easier. Thrilled to introduce a powerful HUB update designed to give you more control and visibility over your fraud management.
With the Fraud Rate Chart now available directly on your HUB home page, you can easily monitor your fraud rate in real time. This powerful tool helps you stay one step ahead of potential risks, minimize chargeback fees, and stay out of scheme monitoring programs. Safeguard your brand and make smarter decisions with greater transparency at your fingertips.
Feel free to try it out in the new Hub.
Increase conversion by supporting Apple Pay on all desktop browsers
It’s official: Solidgate has become one of the first platforms to support Apple Pay on non-Safari browsers. We are proud to have launched this feature just 24 hours after Apple released it—so you can become the first adopters and start benefiting immediately. This feature is already live on our Payment Page and only needs a small tweak for Payment Form integrations.
Why it’s a big deal:
- Higher conversion rates: Faster checkout and a better user experience mean more Apple Pay clients will complete their purchases.
- Reach more iPhone users: Now you can cater to iPhone users who prefer to shop on Chrome, Firefox, and other non-Safari browsers.
- Reduce fraud and chargebacks: Built-in security features like tokenization and Face ID help minimize risks and shift liability away from you.
See our payment guide for more information on the setup.
Improvements
Simplify report filtering with the new Date filter for reconciliation reports
If you’ve been downloading reports via API, you might have noticed that the date filter was a bit unclear—was it based on updated_at
, created_at
, or both?
We heard your feedback loud and clear. To make things easier, we’ve added an explicit date filter for selecting report data.
You can now specify whether you want your reports filtered by created_at
or updated_at
, giving you full control and making your report downloads much more straightforward.
This filter is available for all reports.
For more details on how to use the new date filter, check out our API documentation.
Track trial periods effortlessly with trial end date in Subscription Status API
The trial end date is now easier to access. Previously only available in HUB, you can now retrieve it directly via API.
This update makes it quicker and more convenient to manage subscriptions and track important trial periods, helping you stay on top of your subscription business without needing to log into the HUB. Whether you’re automating workflows or analyzing customer lifecycles, you have the critical trial data at your fingertips.
