All your settlement data, one unified financial report
Today, we are happy to announce that we’ve taken the first step towards offering you a seamless, all-in-one solution for managing financial reports in the HUB. This feature is designed to simplify and streamline your financial operations by consolidating settlement data from PSPs, acquirers, processors, and alternative payment methods (APMs) into a single, unified view.
How it changes the game:
-
Complete cash flow visibility, all in one place: View and manage settlement data from all your payment providers in a single location.
-
Standardized, consistent reports: We make reconciliation easier by presenting settlement data in a uniform format, regardless of the provider.
-
Simplified reconciliation workflows: Automate manual processes and reduce errors with optimized workflows designed to make financial teams more efficient.
-
Quick access to essential reports: Monthly reports and invoices are easily retrievable through a centralized interface (coming soon).
Currently, this feature supports a select group of providers like Checkout, Stripe, and PayPal, with plans to expand the coverage and introduce additional report types in the near future. You can access your Settlements reports directly through the Solidgate HUB’s admin panel in the Finance section or via API.

Manage card disputes with the new standalone details page
A new standalone Card Dispute page is now available in the HUB. This new page provides detailed insights into each card dispute, including the newly added ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) field, making analyzing and resolving card disputes much easier.
With our upcoming card dispute representment feature, this new page will serve as a solid foundation, helping you respond to disputes more effectively. The updated layout offers a clear, organized view of dispute details so you can quickly assess the situation and take action.
How to access: You can find the new card dispute page in the Payments section → Card Disputes.

Real-time payments in Brazil just got easier with PIX
We’re excited to add a powerful new option to our payment portfolio: PIX (One-Time Payment).
What is PIX?
PIX is a real-time payment system developed and operated by the Central Bank of Brazil. It lets shoppers pay you directly from their bank accounts in real-time, using either a QR code or a unique payment key. It’s fast, simple, and, most importantly, secure, making it an ideal solution for both merchants and buyers.
As of March 2024, 153 million Brazilians (about 75% of the population!) are using PIX, making it one of Brazil’s most widely adopted payment methods. Whether you’re selling a product, service, or anything in between, PIX streamlines the payment process and makes it easier than ever to get paid.
You can start accepting one-time payments with PIX right away. And good news: recurring payments are on the horizon, with a planned rollout in 2025.

Updates
Smarter transaction decisions with enhanced card payment insights
Are you using a two-stage processing flow to manage payment capture decisions on your end? We’ve made a few updates to help you make smarter, more informed decisions when reviewing and finalizing transactions.
Here’s what’s new:
1.verification_result
: We’ve added two key fields—avs_result
and cvv_result
—to the transaction response:
-
AVS Result: This field checks whether the customer’s billing address matches the one on file with the issuing bank, helping you detect potential fraud.
-
CVV Result: This verifies that the customer’s CVV code matches the one on the card, ensuring that the person completing the transaction is the cardholder.
2. Enhanced 3DS object: We’ve also improved the three_ds
object and added a new flow
field to clarify the user’s interaction during the 3D Secure (3DS) authentication process.
These updates give you deeper insights into transaction risks, enabling you to apply more precise risk-management rules and make better decisions before finalizing your captures.

Copy data effortlessly with HUB’s new table tools
We’re excited to introduce a small but powerful update that simplifies data management and reporting in the HUB. You can now copy content directly from any column in tables on the HUB interface. Whether you’re preparing reports, sharing data with your team, or integrating information into other tools, this feature makes it quick and easy to access exactly what you need.
Track refunds at a glance with updated HUB dashboard metrics
We’ve made some enhancements to the HUB dashboard to help you better track and analyze your transactions.
-
Refund Amount: You can now easily view the total amount refunded for both Card and APM (Alternative Payment Methods) transactions. This metric is key for understanding your refund volume and spotting trends.
-
Refund Count: Along with the refund amount, we’ve added the number of refunded transactions for both Card and APM payments, giving you a clearer picture of your refund activity over time.
These new metrics will help you gain deeper insights into your refund volume and ratios, empowering you to make smarter decisions about cash flow and customer service.
